ABOUT CARRIE
Hello!
- I’m a proud mom of a high school senior, I enjoy working out, playing pickleball and spending time with friends and family.
- I’ve been in recovery from drugs and alcohol for almost 13 years now.
- As an entrepreneur, I’ve successfully ran my own dog training business for the past 7 years.
- In 2021, I expanded my passion for helping others by becoming a life coach.
My Journey
- In 2020, I received the award for Best Dog Training in Denton County—a moment that should have been filled with pride.
- Instead, I was overwhelmed by a profound realization: I couldn’t keep living the way I was.
- The thought of winning the award again under the same circumstances felt unbearable.
The Struggles
I was burnt out, broken, and hopeless. As a business owner, I had no boundaries and was a chronic people-pleaser. I was trapped in a marriage where, despite counseling, my partner couldn’t break his pattern of cheating. I was 30 pounds overweight, overwhelmed with the responsibility of being my dad’s 24/7 caregiver, and despite years of counseling and recovery work, I felt utterly stuck.
MY DAUGHTER & ME
The Turning Point
That’s when I made the decision to hire a life coach—a choice that completely transformed my life. She gave me the knowledge and tools to believe in myself again and showed me that I was never truly stuck. Through our work together, I experienced a profound healing that I hadn’t thought possible, even after years of self-work.
The Realization
As someone who devours self-help books and constantly strives to be the best version of myself, I didn’t think there was much more she could teach me—but I was wrong. I realized that I was often my own biggest obstacle and that I always have choices. I’m forever grateful for her and everything she taught me.
MY MISSION
-
After being set free in such a transformative way, I knew I wanted to do the same for other women.
-
No one should lose hope or believe that change is beyond their reach.
-
Change is always possible, no matter how many mistakes you’ve made or how many times you’ve returned to toxic relationships or habits that don’t serve you.
-
My mission is to walk side by side with women who want the change and help them open their eyes and take action toward what’s truly possible.
